Background: Marc has been a Personal Trainer since 2005. He has been a personal trainer of the Amp Fitness
for 4 years and has enjoyed every minute of it. Marc specializes in weight loss & body fat reduction through the education, motivation and implementation of weight loss programs and through functional exercise and nutrition. You can expect rehabilitative workouts combining exercise and physical therapy concepts. Marc believes in keeping exercise fun and fresh, & keeping the body guessing. Marc is experienced in training “special needs” populations such as paraplegics to post surgical clients. He is a collegiate athlete, a semi-pro football player, and most importantly a family man. Father of two beautiful daughters.
